Abdildin M.M., Omarov M.S., Abishev M.E. ON THE ORBITAL STABILITY OF THE MOTION PROBLEMS IN GR

We are treating the problem of orbital stability in Lenze-Tirring task. Fock's first approach specified metrics for rotating liquid sphere was used [1]. So, the evolution equations of material particle are [2]. Here $\vec M$ is momentum impulse, $\vec A$ is Laplace vector, $M_0$ is invariant of the system, $\vec S_0$ is an eigen momentum of the sphere, $\overline H=\overline H(M_0,\vec M)$ is the Hamiltonian.

As it is seen from [1] for the treating problem $M=const$ and $A=const$, i.e. this motion has orbital stability.

Abdildin M.M., Abishev M.E. INTEGRATION OF THE EQUATION OF ROTATION MOTION IN PROBLEM OF TWO ROTATED BODIES IN GR

Integration of rotation motion equation of a probing body has been done by perturbation theory method in GR. Results has been represented by vector elements. Has been carried out analysis for angular moment behaviour in different special cases.

Bogdanov A.S. PROBLEM OF THE SEARCH OPTICAL CANDIDATES ON THE IDENTITY WITH GRB

The history of opening GRB and development of methodical their localization is being described in this work. Main characteristics of GRB are brought here. Regional results of the observations GRB981220 are made in AOK. In the result of the exploration in our region GRB981220 until 19m, transients are not found.

Basic characteristics of the system ZTS-702+ST-7: - focal length -2804 mm (primary focus); - field of view 5.2x7.4 arcmin.

Chernitskii A.A. THE POSSIBILITY OF UNIFICATION FOR GRAVITATION AND ELECTROMAGNETISM IN NONLINEAR ELECTRODYNAMICS

The effect of induced riemannian geometry appearing in nonlinear electrodynamics will, probably, have allowed to unify the gravitation and the electromagnetism materially. This effect appear when we consider the problem for interaction of quick-oscillating field configuration with some given field, which may be field of distant objects.

In initial approximation this given electromagnetic field induce the effective riemannian space for propagation light wave and like-particle quick-oscillating field configurations, which play the role of particles (A.A.~Chernitskii {\it J. High Energy Phys.}, 1998, N11, article 015; hep-th/9809175, A.A.~Chernitskii {\it J. High Energy Phys.}, 1999, N12, article 010; hep-th/9911093). Nowadays Born-Infeld nonlinear electrodyna\-mics (A.A.~Chernitskii {\it Helv. Phys. Acta.}, {v.71}, N3, pp. 274--287 (1998); \mbox{hep-th/9705075}) merits most attention from various points of view.

Indicated effect for this model has unique property: the metric of the effective riemannian space additionally includes the energy-momentum tensor of the given field.

Thus whereas the first order by the distant objects field gives the electromagnetic interaction, the second order probably gives the gravitation.

Sannikov-Proskurjakov S.S., Cabbolet M.J.F.T. RENORMALIZED NEWTONIAN CONCTANT AGAINST EQUIVZLENCE PRINCIPLE

The earlier suggested quantum theory of interaction of bilocal fields, free from ul\-tra\-vio\-let divergences is applied to the process of interaction of an electrically charged Dirac particle with an external gravitation field. Radiative corrections to this process, caused by the proper electromagnetic fields of the particle, are considered.

Hence, charged particles with different masses will behave differently in one and the same gravitational field. From this it is concluded 1) Einstein's equivalence principle evidently is only an approximation, 2) at quantum level the above principle is completely invalid. It can therefore be said that gravitation really is to be fundamentally distinguished from inertia at quantum level and might not at all be connected with the space-time metric.

Kolpakov D.N. POLARIZATION WAVES AND PROBLEM OF THE GRAVITATION

On the basis of the showing up of the vacuum (ether) nature and structure and the discovery of polarization waves (P-waves) the nature and mechanism of gravitation interactions are defined. Vacuum (ether) - is material gas-like medium, which consists of neutral particles (amers) with dissemination in it of the more large-scale formations of these particles - polars. Polars - are electrically polarized dyads, that are formed from lain one in another vertical toroids. Polars mass m$_{p}$ - 10$^{-87}$ kg and resonance frequency $\omega _{po}$=$^{} $10$^{49}$ rad/s.

It is shown, that a gravitation has electromechanical nature with equivalent coulomb-vandervaalce interactions between polars and polars with bodies. Interactions take place at resonance excitations of vacuum ($\omega _{p} \approx \omega _{po} $) - P-waves, that spread with speed V = 10$^{29} $m/s. P- waves are not absorbed and are not screened by bodies. The interaction losses are compensated by the energy of thermal noises of vacuum gas amer components. A compensation mechanism is considered.

P-waves are not subjected to Einstein principle of relativity and, consequently, to Lorentz transformations, because of the existence of distinguished system of reference.

Ozerov M.F., Kochetov A.E., Verozub L.V. ABOUT GRAVITY FORCE EXPERIMENTAL TESTING IN THE METRIC-FIELD GRAVITATION EQUITIONS

The posibility experimental testing in weight difference of a particles system fast moving over circumference in horizontal and vertical planes. This effect follows from gravitational equitions, proposed by one of the authors. It is proposed to measure weight of the sample, containing paramagnetic ions. The change in the orientation of magnetic momentum in this sample is proposed to carry out by using EPR. Numerical estimations for lanthanum ethyl sulphate sample $La(C_{2}H_{5}SO_{4})_{3}\cdot 9H_{2}O$ with $1g$ mass and one percent cerium paramagnetic ions $Ce^{3+}$ concentration, gives weight changing $10^{-10} dyn$. This value can be measured by using torsion balance.

Sharypov O.V., Pirogov E.A., Grishin S.G. RELATIVISTIC QUANTUM-GRAVITATIONAL HYPOTHESES AND SPACE-TIME STRUCTURE

Hypotheses on relativistic and quantum nature of gravity necessarily pose the problem of generalization for conceptions on space-time structure. The tendency for integration of physical theories leads to emergence of universal characteristic (Planck's) scales for all physical quantities. Therewith the Planck's length (as well as other Planck's quantities) is taking features of a limiting and invariant value in respect to the described part of Reality. These quantities set limits for existence of substance and field objects. We have shown that the assumption on the specific methodological role of Planck's quantities in Unified theory allows to circumvent the known principal difficulties in current cosmology and high energy physics without transition to absolutely discrete space-time. Formalization of Planck's quantity features demands using of principally new idea - \textit{actual null} of a set. This idea allows to overcome the traditional opposition between discrete and continuous. Their alternative state is displaced by concept of ``discrete-continuous'' set structure (in particular - the structure of space-time). Analysis of features of this structure have led to the number of interesting results which lay the groundwork for corresponding \textit{non-archimedean} geometry and algebra. The new conception may be actual for the cosmology at description of the original stage of the Universe development, the limits of black hole evolution, etc.

Shumakov F.T. CREATION OF THE RELATIVISTIC GRAVITATIONAL CONCEPT OF MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE

In a basis of the relativistic gravitational concept of model of the Universe the relativistic gravitational concept of energy in the Universe is offered.

Using original positions of special and general theories of relativity, it is possible to suspect the data of an astrophysics, that the gravitational relativistic concept of energy in the Universe is encompass byed following:

1. The gravitational relativistic energy is born from a physical vacuum in central areas of stars and other astronomical objects at their squeezing an own gravitational field.

2. Augmentation gravitational relativistic mass and energy thus transforms to energy of electrons and positrons and other rougher of particles and antiparticles. Energia of particles and antiparticles after their annihilation is transformed to the different shapes of energy of astronomical object.

3. The part of energy isolated in astronomical object after an annihilation of particles and antiparticles in the shape of photons of electromagnetic energy is radiated from a surface of astronomical object in ambient space.

4. The photons, radiated in space, transmit the energy to a perfect vacuum at their distribution to huge distance of the Universe (cosmological red displacement of remote galaxies, quasars - law the Hubble).

The offered gravitational relativistic concept of model of the Universe evolves a concept by the Stationary Universe.

This concept can be fixed in a basis of the relativistic gravitational concept of a conservation law and transmutation of energy in the Universe.

Snagoschenko A.V., Bondarenko S.V. PHILOSOPHICAL PROBLEMS OF FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS: "PERPETUITY", "GRAVITATION"

In the article on an example of two fundamental concepts of a cosmology, - "perpetuity" and "gravitation" - the authors show unfitness of conventional general world outlook and general philosophical doctrines in build-up of the consistent theories and models of the Universe, pattern of the world as a whole. They also show an inconsistency and unauthenticity of a conventional method abstract view for formation of concepts ostensibly reflecting an objective reality, material world. The authors of the article put a problem on "insuperable" inconsistencies and problems revealing in all fundamental concepts and theories of a modern science and making of a consistent alternate world science, pattern of the world as a whole.

Terrovere V.R. KLEIN'S BASISES OF THE SPECIAL RELATIVITY

The given activity is based on the Klein program, proclaimed the thesis: the motion generates geometry. True and converse: any geometry generates strictly the restricted class of motions. In this sense discovering Lorentzian geometry was by a happy guess, by founded on equations the Maxwell, which one, in turn, also were guessed by the Maxwell, but are not deduced. A conclusion of the Lorentzian metrics and equations is given below the Maxwell for a photon, outgoing from principles of the program.

Zhuck N.A. COSMOLOGICAL EFFECTS IN BULKY MICHELSON INTERFEROMETERS

Is shown, that the microwave background radiation of space can be total radiation of all stars of the stationary Universe at presence of a dimensional dissipation of energy of electromagnetic waves. The formula of temperature of this radiation is removed, is shown black-body character of its spectrum and compatibility of the law of spreading of electromagnetic waves with the Hubble diagram. The quantitative rates of total radiation are reduced and their conformity to the characteristics of a substantially observable microwave background radiation is shown. The plan of laboratory experiment for checkout of the theory is offered. It is possible in the LIGO-project.

Zima I.I., Bogdanov G.F. CORONAL OF THE HOLE AND ROTOR MAGNETIC WAVES

On the basis of representations of quantum physics minimal energies the opportunity of an information exchange between star systems with the help of quantum's of magnetic energy is proved. Some results of researches of processing formation and distribution rotation magnetic waves along magnetic power lines, with configurations, open in external space are resulted. Such configuration create coronial holes, including formed by planets rotating around of stars. Rotation waves are formed at the expense of magnetic quantum transitions by particles coronial plasma, and also paramagnetics of substance of planets and other formations, which are taking place in an interplanetary magnetic field. As the magnetic power lines are capable to penetrate vacuum of Space, they are capable and to form the special channel of distribution for magnetic outrageousness. Now there are no bases to consider, that the speed of distribution of magnetic waves along magnetic power lines has restrictions.
