ABSTRACTS

Zhuck N.A. NEW CONCEPTS ABOUT THE UNIVERSE AND ITS LAWS

The Universe is shown as homogeneous and flat. It has allowed to pick the Einstein's equations with the cosmological term, to make combined equations, to converse it to the field shape and to simplify. On this basis the stationary model of the Universe is designed and the allowances to all the basic laws of physics responsible for global gravitational interrelation of all the natural phenomena are obtained. It shown that the redshift grows out of such interrelation, and microwave background radiation is equilibrium radiation of all objects of the Universe. The identity of inertial and gravitational masses is proved. Gravitational viscosity and geodetic curvature of the Universe, and also screening properties of a substance are detected.

Kolpakov N.D. NEW PHYSICS

The new paradigma of matter structure is formulated on the base of proof of ether's materiality and electrical polarizability. New energy-and-information carrier - polarization waves (P-waves) - is discovered. No restrictions by light speed are put on P-waves propagation velocity. Particles of pramatter (ether) with charge smaller then electron charge have been discovered. Ansed been physical problems are discussed.

Balyberdin V.V., Zhuck N.A. PROSPECTS OF EXPERIMENTS ORGANIZATION ON DEFINITION OF MEDIAL DENSITY OF THE UNIVERSE AND VELOCITY OF POLARIZATION WAVES

Is shown, that the redshift of galaxies radiation spectrums can be only result of a dissipation of electromagnetic waves energy at the expense of a gravitational interaction with all masses of the stationary Universe, instead of effect of expansion of the Universe. The theoretical substantiations and plan of laboratory installation, i. e. detector of cosmological redshift are given. The requirements to the detector, requirement of realization of experiment and purpose of experimental examina-tions are justified. Medial density of the Universe is calculated by results of experiment.

The velocity of P-waves is offered for determining on a visual and true standing of the Sun, between which there is an odds in 2,1 degrees.

Kontorovich V.M.MERGINGS OF GALAXIES AS THE CAUSE OF QUASARS PHENOMENON

The mass distributions and moments erected as a result of mergings of galaxies, surveyed. The explosive character of changes of aircraft attitude at mergings, shaping at the expense of mergings various morphological types, origin of activity of galactic kerns is considered. As the increase of number of bright quasars at removal in the past and sharp wane of their number on critical value z is explained.

Khodjachich M.F. COSMOLOGICAL PERIODICITIES IN RADIOSPECTRUMS OF QUASARS

The spectrums of power $S_\omega (\omega = {2\pi} /T $, where {T} is the period) dependence of spectral coefficients of quasars on radial coordinate $r (\Omega_0, z) $ in attendant space are designed. Frequencies at 5 peaks in spectrums for extracts of close and far quasars Coincide in limits of the spectral resolution at parameter of density $ \Omega_0\approx0.15 $ and differ at other values $ \Omega_0 $. The highest peaks in $S_\omega $ for all sample of quasars are found on the same frequencies (reduced to $ \Omega_0=0 $) $ \omega=32,71,159,204,244 $. On frequency $ \omega=159 $ the continuance(period) ($114h ^ {-1} $ Mps) is close to the period detected in allocation of galaxies.

Archipov A.V. ARCHAEOLOGICAL RECONNAISSANCE OF MOON

The basic results archaeological of reconnaissance of moon for the first time which has been carried out by the author on materials of orbital shooting of a satellite from a side of space vehicle "Klementina", briefly enunciated. The original methods of computer searching and handlings of the images of abnormal details of a lunar surface are circumscribed. It is found out, that on Moon are available ruinsimilar formations of rectangular outlines, which have no noticeable connection with geological lineaments of environmental terrain, on fractal properties differ from a natural phon and are close to archaeological objects of the Earth.

Volchenko A.P. ABOUT THE NEW APPROACH TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE SPECIAL RELATIVITY

It is shown, that the Lorentz transformation laws are a corollary of a method of measuring of time, instead of property of space-time as it affirms in the Special Relativity.

Bogdanov Yu.A. PRACTICAL RESULTS OF FIELD INTERACTION OF NATURAL OBJECTS

The correlation between electromagnetic radiation of the Earth and gravitational potential is shown. Complex of means and technology of diagnostics of a crisis state of radiants of power resources and technical objects designed on this basis.

Balabay V.I. THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A PHYSICAL VACUUM AND METHODS OF THEIR MEASURING

The analysis of existing methods of characteristics measuring of a physical vacuum is given in the article. The results of the analysis have shown that the physical vacuum has the energy characteristics, and its inhomogeneities represent radiants building temperature gradients and diffusion streams. Interaction of bodies in a physical vacuum are featured by common legitimacies proper in processes in thermodynamics, electrodynamics, gasodynamics and hydrodynamics, which describe the phenomenas of transport and diffusion.
